About the Role
We’re seeking a Swiss Army knife — a sharp, resourceful, and relentlessly positive Executive & Administrative Assistant who can make things happen without needing to be asked twice. This is not a corporate desk job — it’s an all-hands-on-deck startup environment where no two days are alike. You’ll work directly with the Founder to keep operations running smoothly and help shape the systems that define the Benchmark experience.
Key Responsibilities
-Handle administrative operations including scheduling, email management, travel coordination, and client communication.
-Support marketing efforts — manage listings, social media, and online presence.
-Assist with website and CRM data entry, photo uploads, and inventory tracking.
-Coordinate vehicle logistics, service appointments, and vendor relationships.
-Order office supplies and maintain showroom organization and presentation standards.
-Support event planning, client deliveries, and photoshoots as needed.
-Anticipate needs, solve problems before they arise, and execute tasks with precision and pride.

-Confident, polished, and comfortable working around high-value clientele and luxury assets.
-Tech-savvy — comfortable with Google Workspace, spreadsheets, online platforms, and basic marketing tools.
-Passionate about excellence and excited to grow with an emerging luxury brand.
-Experience in the automotive, luxury, or hospitality industries is a plus, but not required.
