Trouvaille Imports is a luxury retail and design company specializing in one-of-a-kind antique stone pieces, fountains, planters, and curated plant design. Each piece is hand-selected overseas and transformed into timeless focal points for intentional homes, gardens, and hospitality spaces.
We are seeking a Salesperson / Right Hand to the Founder who can deliver a warm, luxury client experience while also supporting day-to-day operations. This is a hands-on role for someone who is professional, detail-oriented, and eager to be part of a growing brand.
Responsibilities
Greet clients in a polished, brand-aligned way and create a memorable showroom experience.
Learn and communicate the stories behind our antique and custom pieces to build value and close sales.
Capture and follow up with client leads, ensuring no opportunity is missed.
Assist the founder directly as a right hand in both sales and operations.
Handle in-between client work: showroom upkeep, watering plants, admin tasks, styling, and completing projects.
Maintain showroom presentation and support merchandising and displays.
Uphold company standards, sales procedures, and non-negotiables at all times.
What We’re Looking For
Proven ability in sales, client relations, or hospitality — luxury, design, or high-end retail experience is a plus.
A self-starter with a positive attitude who stays productive at all times.
Coachable, professional, and aligned with brand standards.
Excellent communication skills, polished presence, and client-facing confidence.
Must be willing to work weekends during showroom hours (10am–2pm).
Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, no task too big or too small.
