With a commitment to providing unparalleled hospitality, we are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Hotel Sales Manager to join our team and expand our presence in the Leisure, SMERF (Social, Military, Educational, Religious, and Fraternal), and FIT (Free Independent Traveler) markets.

Key Responsibilities:

 Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive business in the Leisure, SMERF, and FIT market segments.

 Identify, target, and nurture new business opportunities through direct outreach, networking, and partnerships.

 Cultivate strong relationships with key accounts, travel agencies, tour operators, and corporate partners.

 Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to tailor promotions, packages, and services that appeal to leisure travelers.

 Drive revenue growth by ensuring high conversion rates and maximizing room bookings, group sales, and special event hosting.

 Conduct competitor analysis and market research to stay ahead of industry trends and maintain a competitive edge.

 Represent the hotel at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings to promote the brand and expand market reach.

 Prepare and present detailed sales reports, forecasts, and business plans to senior leadership.

 Manage and maintain a customer database to track leads, prospects, and sales performance.

Qualifications:

 5+ years of proven experience in hotel sales, with a strong emphasis on the Leisure, SMERF, and FIT markets.

 In-depth knowledge of the hotel industry and trends specific to the leisure and group travel sectors.

 Strong relationships with local and international travel agents, tour operators, and corporate clients.

 Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

 Experience in creating and managing successful sales campaigns and promotions.

 Proficient in sales software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.

 Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.

 Ability to travel for client meetings, industry events, and site inspections.
