Job description
The ideal candidate will lead the account development and penetration strategy for assigned customers or regions. They should be skilled at building and maintaining relationships with clients and work to provide exceptional customer service to clients.
Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of accounts
Cold Calls: Between 60 – 85 Calls on Accounts and Leads daily.
Sales Generation: Create and implement effective sales strategies to generate revenue and drive profit margins in both new and existing accounts within an assigned geographical territory.
Develop positive relationships with clients
Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to clients in a timely manner
Customer Acquisition: Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, close new business deals, and convert accounts from competitors.
Client Engagement: Conduct a minimum number of calls per day to company-generated leads and/or accounts, building and strengthening relationships with healthcare professionals.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Experience as a Sales Manager
Understanding of sales performance metrics
Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
Proven experience in sales, or territory management with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent communication abilities
Ability to conduct engaging product demos and presentations that resonate with diverse audiences
Demonstrated skills in lead generation, cold calling, and direct sales approaches
Exceptional customer service orientation with a proactive attitude toward problem-solving
Analytical skills to assess market data, identify opportunities, and develop strategic plans
Experience in retail sales or inside sales is a plus but not required
