Qualifications:
Demonstrated ability within each step of the sales process such as prospecting, product presentation, and closing
Resilience in the face of rejection
Professional communication skills for both internal and external customers
Effective written and verbal communication abilities
Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment
A passion for sales and a strong drive to achieve success
At least 2 year of Business-to-Business (B2B) sales experience required
Minimum of 3 years of inside sales experience is a must

Responsibilities:
Your salesmanship oozes off of you!
Achieve and surpass sales targets
Maintain an average of 90 minutes of daily telephone calls
Record detailed notes in the CRM after each customer interaction
Upsell and cross-sell products to existing customers
Manage customer conversations effectively
Provide consistent solutions to customer inquiries
Reach out to top customers quarterly
Collaborate with the sales team on large accounts
Prospect and acquire new customers
Engage with customers via phone, video conferencing, and email
Process orders accurately
Adapt to evolving customer needs
Wage:
Competitive base pay plus monthly commissions
Pay during Onboarding: the company will ensure you're financially supported as you undergo training, gain experience and proficiency in your beginning months of employment.
$75K Minimum First-Year Earning Potential
New Business = 10% commissions for 1 year!
Uncapped Commissions
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday On-Site, Full-Time
