Hello OC, my company have recently obtained our retail dealer license + auction access and I’m looking to start a small used car dealership in Orange County. I’ve got the office/warehouse and necessary bond / insurance ready — what I’m missing is a partner who loves cars and wants to grind with us.
Not a paid job — this is a chance to co-build something legit from the ground up. Ideal if you’ve got sales/marketing hustle, dealership experience, auction experience, or just eat/sleep/breathe cars.
This will not be a walk in the park. We are looking for someone who is determined and hungry. Our main business is ecommerce related so we have limited experience in this field. You would need to be willing to learn or know everything from purchasing at auction, floorplan financing, file paperwork, bill of sale, DMV compliance, do everything by the books. You will need to own everything from obtaining the vehicle all the way down to selling it to the respective buyer.
