IFM is a premium interior design studio serving high-achieving bachelors, executives, and newly single men who want their homes to reflect their lifestyle. We’re looking for a self-driven, well-connected, and confident communicator who can help bring new clients into our world.
This role is perfect if you:
Have a strong local network in Orange County or LA or SD
Know how to build rapport quickly with successful men
Are polished, proactive, and understand luxury service
Want a side hustle that actually pays — high-ticket design means generous commissions for every closed project
You will:
Pass out premium marketing materials in intentional spaces (think luxury gyms, real estate offices, luxury buildings, private events, etc.)
Build your own list of prospects or tap into circles of newly divorced, recently relocated, or high-income men
Act as a brand ambassador for a design firm that actually understands what men want in a home

Clear training on how to pitch IFM and vet leads
