Sales Admin Coordinator

This is a Sales Admin Coordinator/Marketing Position

Candidate will contact both existing customers as well as prospects to update our records and to get current contact information for individuals responsible for purchasing products such as ours. You are NOT selling. These calls are to obtain information which you will then pass off to the Sales Team to close the sale. You will also research potential customers via LinkedIn and other online sources.

You will assist our sales team in converting these existing and potential customers into buyers. You will present both yourself and the company in a positive light. Your positive attitude is important!

You will assist in marketing activities, including, website product updates, creating/writing marketing campaigns.

- Provide administrative support to the sales team.

- Assist with the preparation and distribution of requested materials and other documents.

- Maintain and update databases and filing systems.

- Handle incoming calls and emails, responding to inquiries or directing them to the appropriate person.

- Assist with marketing campaigns - including creating content.

- Conduct on-line research and gather data as needed.

- Update product information online and inhouse.

```Qualifications```

- Previous Experience as an Inside Sales or Customer Service Representative.

- Proven experience in business development, market research, or sales support.

- Creativity, video editing/filming experience is also a plus

- Previous Marketing experience is highly desirable

- Strong technical sales skills with the ability to analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.

- Proficiency in CRM software is highly desirable.

- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

- Attention to detail and accuracy in work.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Not easily discouraged by rejection.

- Enthusiastic and possess a positive attitude - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

- An understanding of pressure sensitive labels and/or automated data collection equipment is a plus

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
