Position Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Sales Representative to join our team. This role will focus on expanding Clinibooth's footprint by building relationships with urgent care centers, primary care offices, and hospitals in the Southern California area. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of healthcare systems and a proven ability to communicate how Clinibooth can provide mutual benefits for providers and patients alike.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and target urgent care centers, primary care offices, hospitals, and other healthcare facilities to introduce Clinibooth's solutions.
Build and maintain relationships with healthcare decision-makers, including administrators and providers.
Present Clinibooth's telemedicine and diagnostic capabilities, highlighting the value of improved patient care, operational efficiency, and revenue growth.
Develop customized proposals and presentations that align with the needs of each facility.
Conduct in-person and virtual meetings to demonstrate Clinibooth’s technology and its benefits.
Collaborate with the marketing team to generate leads and support promotional activities.
Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and opportunities in a CRM system.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (preferred but not required).
2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in healthcare or technology solutions.
Strong knowledge of the healthcare landscape, including urgent care, primary care, and hospital operations.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and travel frequently across Southern California.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Skills:
Experience selling healthcare technology or telemedicine solutions.
Knowledge of healthcare regulations and reimbursement models.
Familiarity with community outreach and provider engagement strategies.
