San Juan based, Pest control company is looking for a part time administrative assistant. This position starts at part time, with full time w/ benefits potential. This candidate must be a self starter that's personable, responsible, honest, detail oriented and dependable. Computer knowledge a plus.
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The Administrative Assistant will provide support to various departments and assist in the smooth operation of our office. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage projects, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are completed
- Type and proofread documents, correspondence, and reports
- Assist with order entry and maintain accurate records
- Answer and direct phone calls using a multi-line phone system
- Provide administrative support to the office, including scheduling appointments and managing client records
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and make travel arrangements
- File and organize documents, both physical and electronic
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors
-Experience in the pest control industry a plus.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with order entry systems is a plus
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
-High school diploma. College preferred.
