Job Description
Join our team as a Reno Tech in, where you will work collaboratively with a partner to renovate vacant apartments. This role involves executing tasks such as basic plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and drywall repairs.

Skilsaw, Sawzall, Nailgun, Grinder, Cordless Impact Drill, Hand Tools
Responsibilities
Collaborate in a team of two to renovate vacant apartments.
Perform basic plumbing tasks, including changing faucets and shower heads.
Conduct basic electrical work such as installing ceiling fans.
Execute carpentry tasks, including installing baseboards and door casings.
Patch and repair drywall, including replacing sections as necessary.
Proficiency in construction, plumbing, installation, and carpentry.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in renovation or similar construction roles is advantageous.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
