Express Employment in Laguna Hills is looking for a Maintenance Technician for a Medical Device company located in San Clemente.
This is a M-F 1st shift evaluation to hire position and the pay is up to $25/Hr. DOE.
RESPONSIBILITIES
-Repair and fix equipment that is used on the production floor.
-Perform minor fixes, such as repairing broken locks, damage to walls, etc.
-Install necessary equipment as needed.
-Check control panels and electrical wiring to identify issues.
-Complete regular and daily maintenance tasks.
-Inspect and troubleshoot various equipment and systems.
-Test the functionality of the facility’s safety systems.
-Completes reports by entering required information.
COMPETENCIES/SKILLS
-Electrical certification is a plus+
-Proven experience as a maintenance worker or other similar position, preferably in a corporate setting.
-Basic working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
-Experience working with tools, including hand and electrical tools.
-Ability to read and utilize technical manuals and drawings.
-Forklift Certified and OSHA-30 Certified is PLUS.
-English / Spanish language is desired.
-Ability to use MS Office and work in ERP systems.
