We have a full-time position in one of our nicest Manufactured Home Communities in Midway City, Ca.
The position includes grounds keeping, general maintenance and janitorial duties.
It is required that the employee have a good running, registered vehicle and has current license and insurance.
We provide all tools and equipment at the property. The maintenance person only works on the park's common areas and park owned utilities. We do not work on or in the resident homes unless the park has acquired a home to re-sell or home is for an on-site employee. Main duties are: Cleaning up trash around the park, cleaning clubhouse, cleaning bathrooms, cleaning laundry room, asphalt crack fill on a weekly basis, repairing stucco, repairing wood, painting, cleaning air vents, replacing AC filters, replacing meters, repairing broken irrigation pipes, repairing broken sprinklers, clean up of vacant lots; removing cinder blocks, raking dirt lots. Calling out vendors for repairs and landscape issues.
Compensation package depends on experience.
