Poolmax is a licensed and established swimming pool and outdoor living contractor serving Southern California’s coastal communities. We are expanding our team and looking for motivated, skilled, and reliable individuals to join us.
Open Positions
General Laborers – Assist with construction, site cleanup, digging, and material handling.
Drivers – Safely transport equipment and materials to and from job sites. (Valid driver’s license required; clean record preferred.)
Masons – Experienced with stone, brick, block, and concrete finishing. Ability to work on custom pool and hardscape projects.
Handymen – Broad skill set for construction, repairs, and support work across multiple trades.
What We’re Looking For
Previous construction or trade experience (preferred but not required for general labor).
Strong work ethic, punctuality, and reliability.
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Safety-minded and able to follow instructions.
Team player with good communication skills.
