Seeking a qualified Project Manager (Lead Agent) to work within a dynamic electric utility support division. Responsibilities:
The Lead Agent leads a state-wide project coordination, program assistance, and reporting to client management for all matters concerning the status of 200+ projects on a weekly basis.
These projects focus on acquiring right of entry agreements and other permanent easements from commercial, industrial and residential landowners.
The Lead Agent establishes objectives and standards for all participants carrying out ROW acquisition, including managing the consistent application of procedures that support the program’s goals and standards.
Respond to inquiries involving matters related to the program and the status of ROW acquisition processes.
Ensure that all project activities are conducted consistently throughout the program and strive for these activities to be perceived by the clients and stakeholders as being conducted with a high-degree of professionalism and efficiency.
Requirements:
Right of way (ROW) or real estate acquisition experience
Prior leadership experience
Able to take the reigns of large scale projects and lead 5-10 staff members
Proficient in MS Office
Skilled negotiator and communicator
