Job Description: We are seeking a reliable and flexible Part-Time On-Call Delivery Driver to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering packages, goods, or products to various locations as needed. You will be contacted on an as-needed basis, making this a great opportunity for someone looking for flexible work hours.
Key Responsibilities:
Safely operate a company vehicle to deliver products to customers in a timely manner.
Load and unload items from the vehicle.
Ensure the correct items are delivered to the right addresses.
Maintain accurate delivery records.
Communicate with dispatch or customers as needed to confirm delivery details.
Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols.
Qualifications:
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Previous experience as a delivery driver is preferred.
Ability to lift and carry heavy items as needed.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Strong customer service skills.
Flexibility to be available on-call for deliveries.
Familiarity with the local area is a plus.
