In this role, you have the opportunity toPerforms a variety of tasks relating to production operations on electronic and/or mechanical assemblies and subassemblies. Works from diagrams and drawings, makes initial layouts, and uses hand and/or power tools, jigs, and saws. Makes continuity checks on work in process and completed. May conduct quality inspections on processing line in accordance with quality specifications. May disassemble, modify, rework, reassemble, and test experimental or prototype assemblies and subassemblies according to specifications and under simulated conditions.You are responsible forPerforms a wide variety of electrical/mechanical product assembly operations on components, assemblies or sub-assemblies.

Prepares assembly work to be accomplished by studying assembly instructions and following blueprint specifications

Populate PCB's from Work Instructions and Assembly Drawings / Bills of Material

Assembles components by positioning parts and sub-assemblies examining connections for correct fit and fastening parts and sub-assemblies.

Skilled at performing two or three of the following job duties; Board Mount; Solder SMT components on PCB's; Assemble PCB's into housings; Epoxy sealing of completed assemblies; Wire bonding; Sub Attach or Die Attach

Clean PCB's and assemblies throughout process and after completion

Must continuously meet/exceed production schedules and deadlines according to quality standards

Maintain logs and paperwork and forms accurately consistent with company policy and practices

You are a part ofFast pace manufacturing facilityTo succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experienceHigh School Diploma or GED

Other Microelectronic Certificate

Work Experience 3 Years

Additional Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

Knowledge and experience in two or more of the following areas is required; board mount, die attach, wire bond, soldering, or basic mechanical assembly

Ability to read simple assembly drawings

Knowledge of ESD (Electrostatic discharge) procedures

Knowledge of basic computer skills

Ability to multi-task concurrently

Ability to work with general instruction on daily activities

Basic reading writing in English as well as basic arithmetic skills
