You will also review drafts and finish documents for appropriate grammatical usage; answer questions relating to office operations and establish policies and procedures. Function as the office lead and takes care of the day-to-day task assignments and activities.

Performs DoD clearance validation, resume review and collection, and schedule candidates for interviews.

Performs office functions such as arranging meetings and conferences, preparing material, and setting up for meetings; answering phone calls and making proper referrals; receiving, referring, or answering mail.

Makes domestic and international travel arrangements and prepares expense reports.

Provide operational support for special projects; researches and obtains information, helps plan and ensure follow-through of assigned tasks.

Organizing, maintaining, and deconflicting schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements.

Gathers, complies, and reports on information relevant to the supervisors’ assignments.

Reviews drafts and finished documents for appropriate grammatical usage.

Use various PC software packages such as PowerPoint, Excel spreadsheets, word processing, graphics, etc., to produce high quality reports, presentations, or other documents.

Basic Qualifications:

High school diploma and a minimum of 6 years additional education and/or experience in the administrative professional field.

Demonstrated accurate management of calendars and tasks.

Prior experience coordinating both on and off-site meetings and/or events.

Experience writing, prooing and correcting documents.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and the ability to create and manipulate professional deliverables.

Must be willing to work a flexible work schedule that may include extended alternate/second shifts, holidays, and weekends and support on call status for 24 hours-a-day, 7 days-a-week, 365 days a year.

Ability to obtain and retain Secret level clearance.

Ability to obtain and retain Special Access Program clearance within 365 days from offer acceptance is a condition of employment.

Experience with travel booking and expense reporting systems (Concur or similar, ITRIP)

Experience with the Aviation and Aerospace Industry

Preferred Qualifications:

Current Secret Clearance.

Outstanding verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.

Demonstrated ability in prioritizing multiple tasks.

Demonstrated ability to interact effectively across all levels of the organization and with outside organizations.

Experience participating and hosting in-person and remote Video Teleconference meetings (i.e., Teams, Skype, etc.)

Understanding of California Employment Training Panel

Salary Range: $63,800 - $106,300The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
