What You'll Do:
Provide exceptional, friendly, and knowledgeable guest service from greeting to farewell.
Expertly navigate our POS system to accurately input orders and process payments.
Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of our menu, including ingredients, allergens, to make confident recommendations.
Work seamlessly as part of a coordinated team with Assistants, Food Runners, and hosts to ensure timely service.
Multitask efficiently in a high-volume setting, managing multiple tables and priorities without compromising quality.
Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked section throughout your shift.
Handle guest requests and concerns with grace, patience, and a quick resolution.
What You Bring (Requirements):
Minimum 2 years of serving experience in a full-service, high-volume restaurant.
A positive, can-do attitude and a genuine passion for hospitality.
Incredible stamina and the ability to stay on your feet for extended periods.
Sharp memory and excellent communication skills.
The ability to think on your feet, adapt quickly to changing situations, and maintain composure during rush periods.
Team-first mentality—we win together!
Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
Food Handler’s Certification (or ability to obtain promptly).
