Town and Desert Hospitality is looking to add a part/full time Guest Concierge to the team comprising of 4 unique, highly regarded Hotels with expansion on the horizon. 2 of the 4 hotels have remote check-in with extensive virtual communication. 2 of the hotels have a front desk that operates from 10-6. Scheduled days will vary but will require weekend shifts. This is a great opportunity to train for career growth and development.
Job duties include:
-Answer reservation calls
-Answer text messages
-Respond to emails
-Interact with guest services apps
-Interact with On-line travel agencies
-Interact with housekeeping to report any reservation changes
-Interact with engineering to report any issues that need attention
-Duties as assigned by management
Required skills:
-Exceptional attitude towards providing a memorable guest experience
-Excellent computer skills and general technology efficiency
-Working knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications
-Great communication skills, both verbal and written
-Committed team spirit with a natural tendency towards cooperation and contribution to the whole
-Curious, willing to learn and take direction well
-Step forward with new ideas to improve the operation
