Workshop Kitchen & Bar's mobile pizza concept "Noble Yeast" rolls out a weekly pop up starting Saturday, October 19 at the College of the Desert Street Fair, and continues every Saturday this season (with a break over the holidays).
We're looking for an experienced cook to help work the pizza oven. While experience with a wood-burning pizza oven is a plus, chef will provide direction and hands-on training. Hours are 6am to 2:30 pm every Saturday.
Additional hours may be available at the restaurant or at other pop-up events and locations, but the focus here is the weekly COD Saturday.
