Job Description:
As a Sport Court Resurfacer Trainee, you will assist in the resurfacing, maintenance, and repair of various sport courts, including tennis and basketball courts. You will gain hands-on experience in general construction techniques and learn to apply resurfacing materials to ensure the courts meet quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in resurfacing and repairing tennis, basketball, and other recreational courts.
Learn to operate resurfacing equipment and apply coatings and materials.
Work in a team to ensure project deadlines are met with quality workmanship.
Travel to job sites across Palm Springs and other cities as required.
Requirements:
Valid Driver’s License: You must have a current driver’s license.
Reliable Transportation: Must have consistent and reliable transportation.
Willingness to Travel: Flexibility to work in different cities and job sites as needed.
Hardworking and Reliable: Must be a diligent, careful worker with a good attendance record.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in general construction, paving, or cement work is helpful but not required.
Bilingual (English/Spanish), at least conversationally fluent.
Required Education:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Salary:
Salary is based on experience (BOE). Hourly wage starts at $20.
