Business owners seeking energetic, hands-on person to help maintain their residence and a commercial building on a regular basis, 1-2 days per week.
Light property maintenance (tidy up, occasional light painting, sweeping & power-washing pool deck, cleaning fountain, etc.
Vegetable and flower gardening detail work (extra attention after the weekly landscape service) for example, watering potted plants, dead-heading flowers, weeding gardens, adjusting sprinkler systems as needed, etc.
Cheerful, can-do attitude, reliable work habits, self-starter, attention to detail, pride in work well done. Light handy skills are a plus.
Must be physically capable for maintenance tasks, occasionally moving furniture, hanging pictures, etc.
Could be ideal part-time opportunity for motivated student or recent graduate, or ideal position for semi-retired or retired person.
