Seeking energetic, hands-on person to help maintain a residence and a commercial building on a regular basis, approximately 8 hours per week.
Light property care (tidy up, occasional light painting, sweeping & power-washing stairs, pool deck and fountain.
Gardening detail work for vegetable and flower gardens (extra attention after the weekly landscape service) for example, watering potted plants, pruning, weeding gardens, adjusting sprinkler timers, etc.
Reliable work habits, self-starter, attention to detail, can-do attitude, pride in work. Light handy skills are a plus.
Must be physically capable for maintenance tasks, occasionally moving furniture, hanging pictures, etc.
Could be ideal part-time opportunity for motivated student or recent graduate, or ideal position for semi-retired or retired person.
