Restoration Technician needed!

Our Technicians must be hardworking, motivated, self-starting, dont mind constructively challenging the way things are done with new ideas, and have a willingness to learn and grow. The right candidate will have great customer service skills, initiative, a strong work ethic, and a professional, clean appearance.
Experience of the trade (carpet/upholstery cleaning, tile cleaning and polishing, remediation/restoration work, etc) is necessary!
At least two (2) years of experience in restoration required.

Job duties include, but are not limited to:
Water extraction
Setting drying equipment
Proficient understanding and use of air movers, dehumidifiers, injectidry, air scrubbers, and ozone machines
Responsible for handling new and ongoing water damage losses with professionalism and excellent customer service
Provide appropriate field documentation, photo logs, graphs, and sketches of projects
Mold remediation
Antimicrobial applications as appropriate
Constructing containment enclosures using appropriate calculations and equipment (Neg Air, Hepa vacuum)
Moving and resetting contents
Performing demolitions and light construction tasks
Properly use cleaning/disinfecting solutions and debris removal techniques from confined areas
Maintaining a safe work record and identifying potentially unsafe working conditions.
Responsible for cleanliness and care of company vehicle

You are:
Self-motivated, results driven
Able to perform manual labor and lift 50 pounds consecutively.
Interested in a five day work-week (must have flexibility in schedule)
Energetic and enthusiastic
Fluent in English and able to communicate effectively with employees and customers.
You have:
A clean driving record and a valid drivers license
Clean background check
We are a seven-day-a-week company so youll need to be flexible about your schedule
Reliable transportation
Consistent attendance
This is a production classification and employees work in a service environment with exposure to noise, chemicals and machinery. Work involves considerable standing, stooping, bending, or sitting for long periods of time. Must be able to lift parts and materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
