Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily office operations
- Manage office supplies and equipment
- Coordinate meetings and events
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling and correspondence
- Support Team functions & Support office Executives with complex file projects

Pay depends on experience and qualifications
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role
- Preferably speaking english or bi-ligual
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in office software (exel,word,email blogs,social media)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently. and as part of a team
