Part-time office assistant position available for dog rescue facility. Hours may vary. Primary duties include answering telephones, scheduling appointments, greeting clients, file management, calendar management, and document preparation. Must have excellent telephone skills. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office. Previous professional office experience a plus.
Must be reliable and be well organized.
