I am looking for a 20+ hour a week executive + personal assistant to help me in-person and virtually with various unique projects. I'll need someone to be fairly nimble, but I've had assistants for the last 25+ years who end up all becoming like family. During Covid my last assistant had her 4th child whom I'm the godmother for, and of course then it took priority to take care of her family and was too much to care for my need as well. I want this relationship to feel mutually great for both of us.
1. Start date now for onboarding and remote work until official onsite date of Nov. 1st in Palm Desert, CA.
2. This will be primarily personal easing into business.
3. Errand running - I am on a strict 2:1 ketosis diet, and will be looking for someone who can grocery shop with my dietary list, or even better make some homemade meals on Sundays that I can freeze for the week, other other solutions.
4. Medical paperwork. I have a lot of logistical easy work that needs to be taken care of - intake forms, appointments scheduled, calendar managed, etc. as I also have a 2 year old part-time but we have a full-time live in Au Pair, so no childcare will be required except by me and his care team.
5. Dry cleaning, creating lists for new car shopping, coordinating with my housekeeper, etc.
6. Need to have your own laptop please.
7. Need to have your own care please.
8. Need to understand how to use Chatgbt AI chatbot for research of various projects.
9. One research project will be finding a new gym, and personal trainer for me.
