Part-Time Personal & Administrative Assistant (Palm Springs)

I’m looking for a part-time Personal & Administrative Assistant to support both my professional services business and the daily flow of my household. This is a position for someone who is trustworthy, respectful, and has a desire to be of service.
What you’ll do:
Manage scheduling and calendars (professional + personal)
Run errands and coordinate appointments (groceries, returns, dry cleaning, etc.)
Communicate with vendors, service providers, and household support
Help with emails, travel bookings, and document prep
Provide light household support (pet care, prescriptions, logistics)
Occasionally post/monitor social media
Support family and household projects
Bring warmth, discretion, and integrity to everyday tasks
What you bring:
3+ years of admin/personal assistant experience
Strong organizational and communication skills
Tech confidence (especially with Apple/MAC systems: iCloud, iPhone/iPad sync, Calendar, Notes, etc.)
A calm, steady presence and appreciation for thoughtful, respectful work
Reliable transportation & valid driver’s license
Flexible, compassionate, detail-oriented nature
Comfort with light physical errands (local driving, returns, shopping)
Schedule:
15–20 hours per week
Morning hours, Monday–Friday
Occasional evening/weekend support with notice
