Answering Phones, Managing Correspondance, Scheduling meetings, prepairing documents, Building and maintaining files, assisting with some financial task. Cleaning and maintaining a clean office/warehouse environment.

Requirements: English/ Spanish Speaking. Excellent communication skills ,verbally and written with proper grammer .Organized with

good time management. Proficient in Excel, Word and Gmail. Able to Multitask and prioritize. Basic knowlendge of accounting( Quick books), payrol and HR functions. Construction management software is a Plus(ex Bluebeam, Contractor Forman or Similar). Punctual and Positive.
