Auto Dealership Office Assistant Needed – Immediate Hire
Established car dealership in Palm Desert / Indio is hiring a full-time Office Assistant / DMV Clerk. This is a serious, long-term position for a reliable and professional individual.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
DMV paperwork and processing (titles, registrations, plates)
Customer service (in-person, phone, email)
General office administration
Support sales and management team
Data entry and document organization
Requirements (PLEASE READ):
DMV experience REQUIRED (auto dealership experience preferred)
Excellent English (spoken and written)
Full-time availability
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Some Saturdays required
Must have own vehicle and full coverage insurance
Professional appearance and attitude
Reliable, detail-oriented, and organized
