Surface Preparation:
Proficient in preparing surfaces for painting through cleaning, sanding, and masking techniques.
Paint Mixing and Application:
Demonstrated expertise in paint mixing and selection, showcasing a keen understanding of various application techniques.
Equipment Proficiency:
Experience in selecting and maintaining paint guns for optimal performance.
Paint Chemistry and Safety:
Knowledgeable about paint chemistry and well-versed in safety protocols related to hazardous materials and mixtures.
Blueprint Interpretation:
Ability to read and interpret schematics, engineering drawings, and blueprints.
Experience and Commitment:
2-3 years of hands-on experience in industrial painting, demonstrating a strong commitment to both quality and safety.
Technical Knowledge:
Familiarity with manufacturing and production processes is desirable, contributing to a comprehensive understanding of the manufacturing environment.
The essential functions of this role include:
working in a smoke free environment

standing for 8 hours at one time
