Description Job Title: Hybrid Accounting/Administrative AssistantJob Description:We are seeking a Hybrid Accounting/Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of tasks relating to both accounting and administrative functions. This role requires a reliable self-starter with a strong accounting background who also enjoys handling a diversity of administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should be professional, polite, and attentive while also being accurate in handling finance-related tasks.Responsibilities:

Managing financial reports, records, and general ledger accounts.

Preparing and analyzing budgets.

Providing administrative support in order to ensure effective and efficient office operations.

Organizing, scheduling and updating relevant data using a variety of software programs.

Implementing improved administrative strategies and procedures.

Performing basic bookkeeping activities.

Handling and resolving any accounting discrepancies and irregularities.

Assisting with various office administrative tasks, including answering phones, typing documents, sorting mail, etc.

Assisting colleagues with budget management, expense report preparation, invoice processing, and other project-related tasks.

Preparing and organizing meetings, including sending invites, setting up conference calls, and taking minutes.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or relevant field.

Proven experience as an Accounting/Administrative Assistant.

Good understanding of accounting principles.

Excellent knowledge of MS Office, accounting software, and databases.

High proficiency in managing files and records in a confidential and organized manner.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work efficiently.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Strong understanding of business professionalism.

May require occasional overtime and/or weekend work.
