Works with minimal supervision and is involved with coordination of workflow, inservice, and orientation. Meets CLIA criteria for General Supervisor and Testing Personnel This is a full time position which may require flexibility of hours and is eligible for overtime pay. Education: Bachelor Degree required. Experience/Training: Must have experience as required by the specific position, including personnel requirements as defined by CLIA. Licenses/Certifications: Must have a valid Clinical Laboratory Scientist or applicable limited license from the State of California. Skills: Must be able to multitask and follow specific protocol.
