This role is centered on outbound activities, where you'll identify and seize opportunities to upsell tailored solutions that align with clients' evolving needs in the health, beauty, and wellness industry. Leveraging your expert understanding of Vagaro's platform, you'll focus on delivering added value to maximize clients' operational efficiency and revenue potential. Position reports to Pleasanton, CA- Onsite positionBelow is the annual On Target Compensation (OTE) range for candidates located in Pleasanton, California. Your specific OTE, which is inclusive of base salary ($56,000-$62,000) and incentive compensation, will depend on factors such as your skills, qualifications, experience, and performance.The annual OTE range for this position for candidates located in Pleasanton, California is between:$70,000—$80,000 USDHow You Will Contribute:

Conduct high-volume outreach to engage Vagaro customers, identify merchant service needs and upsell relevant opportunities. This is a unique opportunity that offers the ability to gain transactional closing experience. (Acts as an SMB Account Executive, upselling a list of accounts)

Develop a deep understanding of Vagaro's products, services, and value proposition to effectively articulate them to potential clients.

Present and promote additional products or services that align with clients' business objectives.

Collaborate closely with the sales team to align upselling efforts, understand target accounts, coordinate outreach efforts, and strategize on the best approach for conversion.

Monitor and track upselling opportunities through various stages of the pipeline.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead interactions and progress in Salesforce.

Continuously stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics to enhance prospecting strategies and knowledge of the target market.

Contribute to the ongoing improvement of processes, messaging, and lead generation tactics.

Who We Are Searching For:

Proven experience in Customer facing roles, for example, Account Management, or Sales in an enterprise software or SaaS environment.

Strong knowledge and understanding of the beauty, wellness, and fitness industry.

Experience in upselling or cross-selling environments.

Demonstrated success in prospecting, lead generation, and appointment setting, meeting, or exceeding targets.

Highly motivated self-starter with a proactive mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Proficiency in using Salesforce and other sales productivity tools.

Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a team environment.
