Job Summary: Oversees the leadership and coordination of multiple support services, ensuring seamless operations across patient care units, medical and non-medical areas within the facility, and related offsite services, including grounds. Manages services to support patient care and overall facility operations. Develops and maintains a well-integrated, service-oriented approach across multiple departments within the support services areas. Ensures all support services adhere to hospital standards and regulatory agency requirements. Additionally, responsible for maintaining high operating standards and ensuring customer satisfaction. May perform other duties as assigned. Required Minimum Qualifications: Unlimited Steam License. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or 10+ years of applicable experience. Must have a strong understanding of boiler and water chemistry and treatment, HVAC maintenance and repairs, plumbing, emergency power systems, chilled-water systems, and electrical systems. A solid knowledge of FireLife Safety systems is also required. Experience managing the full product life cycle. Familiarity with Johnson Controls,Niagara, Distech, ALC, Swisslog tube systems, and Fireworks is essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Pivot Tables, is necessary. Additionally, the candidate should possess a strong grasp of plant operations,including preventative maintenance, diagnostics, and equipment repairs. Project management experience related to facilities equipment repairs and refurbishments is critical. A thorough understanding of applicable Environmental Policies(EPs) within the Environment of Care is also crucial. The ability to communicate effectively to various audiences, conduct meetings to achieve desire outcomes, and present to large groups in training and presentation settings is required. Preferred Qualifications: HVAC License. Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering discipline. Certified Healthcare Facility Manager, Certified Facility Manager, Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification. Minimum of five (5) years of management or supervisory experience, with at least three (3) years in a healthcare setting or a highly regulated industry. Salary Range: $120,00 - $135,000 annually.
