Executive Assistant

Description We are seeking an Executive Assistant who can provide comprehensive administrative support to our senior executives. This detail-oriented individual will be experienced in handling broad range of administrative and executive support activities and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. Exceptional organizational skills, an eye for detail, and the ability to prioritize in a changing environment are necessary to succeed in this role.Responsibilities:

Coordinate executive communications, including taking calls, responding to emails and interfacing with clients.

Prepare internal and external corporate documents for team members and industry partners.

Coordinate executive’s schedule and ensure it is followed and respected, acting in a gatekeeper role.

Schedule meetings and appointments and manage travel itineraries.

Maintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents.

Uphold a strict level of confidentiality.

Reach out to staff, board members, and others on the executive's behalf as needed.

Develop and maintain a system for monitoring expenses and managing receipts.

Requirements

Requirements:

Proven experience as an executive assistant or other relevant administrative support experience.

Excellent MS Office knowledge and English proficiency.

Outstanding organizational and time management abilities.

High level verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.

Discretion and confidentiality.

High School degree; additional qualification as personal assistant would be considered an advantage.

Experience with scheduling, budgeting, and payroll.

Knowledge of office procedures and communication protocol.
