We are seeking a Sr. Product Marketing Engineer in Solidigm's Product Marketing Engineering function — a recognized industry authority in datacenter SSD and NAND storage. This role is reserved for a proven leader in the SSD field who has consistently driven transformative outcomes across product portfolios, customer engagements, and industry forums. The successful candidate will own end-to-end stakeholder management across the product lifecycle — engaging seamlessly with Engineering, Product Management, Sales, Operations, executive leadership, hyperscale and enterprise customers, and external industry bodies (NVMe, OCP, SNIA). They will set the standard for excellent communication and presentation skills, representing Solidigm at the C-suite level internally, in front of customer decision-makers, and on industry stages where Solidigm's strategic narrative is shaped. This is a high-visibility role for a strategic operator who leads through influence rather than authority, mentors the next generation of PME talent, and elevates the entire organization's capability to win in the datacenter SSD market.End-to-End Stakeholder ManagementOwn the full stakeholder lifecycle across product introduction, sustaining, and end-of-life — from roadmap interception through customer ramp, qualification, and post-launch support.Lead conflict resolution and issue management at the highest organizational levels, consistently demonstrating influence, composure, and strategic impact.Take full ownership for end-state solutions in complex product and customer enablement initiatives, integrating input from all functional leads (Engineering, Quality, Operations, Sales, Finance, Legal) to ensure alignment, mitigate risk, and deliver successful outcomes.Proactively engage with industry stakeholders and partner decision-makers beyond Solidigm, building durable, trust-based relationships that advance long-term business objectives.Serve as the single point of accountability for portfolio-level execution, ensuring cross-product alignment between PDT, PMT, and executive forums.
