They will have the potential to grow into the position of Sales Manager and to own the sales pipeline, including lead generation and cultivation, order management and closure, and the customer relationship during vehicle build, delivery, customer service, and warranty support.Critical Experience, Knowledge and Capabilities :Aptitude for Premier / Luxury Vehicle Market, including success in B2C high-end transportation (private jets / aviation, yachts, premium electric vehicles, etc…) and / or leading-edge consumer technology (e.g. battery / solar smart home systems, off road vehicle electronics, aftermarket premium RVs…).Sales Accumen and ability to demonstrate confidence in closing pre-orders prior to product launch (i.e. startup pre-launch experience).Proactive and Effective Communications, both written and verbal, through sales and marketing material messaging.Relationship Management skills and abilities, including ownership of the end-to-end sales and product lifecycle, use of CRM tools, processes and metrics, and email, direct messaging, or other applicable forms.Sales Pipeline Management, including CRM, funnel metrics, and driving acceptable closure rate (to be agreed upon).Position Requirements :College Degree (Associates or Bachelors)2 Years of Inside Sales Experience, preferably in luxury automotive, aviation, or advanced consumer electronics.Adept at CRM systems, Microsoft Office and Teams, and other cloud-based communication tools such as Jira, Asana, Trello, or others.Skilled in all forms of communication, written and verbal, with internal team members, external partners, and potential or current customers.Flexible, hard-working, and dedicated, with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.Must be able to pass random drug screenings.Must possess a valid California Driver’s License.Preferred Experience :2-5 years of sales experience in a Premier / Luxury Market, including automotive, technology, RV, or aviation.Demonstrated track record in the product pre-launch sales phase.2+ years overseeing
