The Long Term Care RN assumes responsibility andaccountability for the delivery of care for patients in a Long Term Care and/orAssisted Living Facilities. The nursedemonstrates ability to make clinical judgments in an effective and efficientmanner with supervision, as well as critical thinking and performance abilitiesin the coordination of patient care. Additionally, this individual performs according to nursing standardsand is accountable for managing patient care and assisting others in themanagement of patient care. Minimum Requirements:
Current Registered Nurse License for the state in which thenurse practices
Current CPR if applicable
TB Questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
Current Health certificate (per contract or stateregulation)
Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
Must be at least 18 years of age
