Licensed Pest Control Technician
Branch 2 Field Representative or Applicator
Job Overview: Our local, family owned, fast growing & reputable pest control company is looking to hire a motivated technician to join our team. Ideal candidate enjoys problem solving, physical and technical work with a dedication to excellent customer service. Technician will provide regular maintenance and control for general pest on established residential and commercial accounts.
Reports To: The technician will report to Dave and Madona Silva
Job Type: Full-time or Part-time (Prefer Full-time)
Wage: $16 - $19 /hour (depending on licensing and experience) Field Rep has potential to earn commission
Company Benefits apply: Health, Paid Sick Leave, Holidays & Vacation.
Hours/Days: Typical 8-hour days. Days/Time vary between Monday – Saturday, 6:00 AM to 6 PM
Responsibilities and Duties:
Provide our commercial and residential customers with superior service
Safely operate company vehicle through Shasta, Siskiyou, Trinity, Tehama & Butte Counties
Maintain general pest control route
Operate Square reader and take payment from customers while in the field
Attend training, meetings and required continued education. This includes traveling out of town and possibly staying overnight.
Qualifications:
Must have CA Branch 2 Field Representative or Applicator License
Valid California Driver’s License with good driving record
Pass a drug test – We are a drug free workplace
Must be able to wear a full backpack sprayer throughout the day during shift
Experience is a plus, but we will train if you are new to your position
Area Knowledge a plus – Be able to navigate through various areas within the counties
Dependable – Keep appointments set for customers and maintain route
People-oriented: enjoys interacting with people
Adaptable/Flexible – be able to adapt to changes with fast growing company and some flexibility with schedule.
