As a Manufacturing Engineer, the individual sustains and improve the current production line as manufacturing engineer. The position will be responsible to improve yield and cycle time of current and future products, and responsible to design and deploy manufacturing fixture and equipment, develop manufacturing processes, lead or perform process validation ,and design transfer to manufacturing internally or externally.

salary: $35 - 43 per hour

work hours: 8am to 4pm

responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

• Experience on creating mfg MPI and pFMEA , requirement trace matrix
• Experience on creation and execution of process validation for consumable
• Familiar with production and process control QMS requirement

Qualifications

Education:

• BSME or similar required with 2+ years of experience

Experience and Skills:

Required:

• Enjoys spending time with operators and technicians on the production line and working with mfg SME to document MPI and quality records.
• Proven experience with mfg processes and validation in medical device industry
• Hands-on with the proven ability to work well in a team environment, including mfg Eng and quality Eng.
• Experiences in a regulated environment in compliance to ISO 13485 and 21 CFR 820.

Preferred:

• Experience on PLM in regulated industry, direct experience on Agile PLM is a plus
• Solidworks/CAD experience and skill is a plus.
