Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Performance Media Director to join our team based in Redwood City, California. The role is focused on performance TV, social, display, remarketing and mobile app install efforts to drive new customer acquisition. The successful candidate will work closely with the analytics and brand teams to coordinate direct response and branding efforts.Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategies for performance TV, social, display, remarketing and mobile app install efforts to drive new customer acquisition. Collaborate closely with the analytics and brand teams to coordinate direct response and branding efforts. Communicate with management on account and group status in a professional manner. Facilitate the development of each team member and manage internal relationships. Supervise strategy development, implementation and maintenance of media plans. Enhance the understanding of media among management, Brand Teams, Merchandising and other teams. Manage the flow of media-related issues, create solutions and resolve problems. Partner with and manage agency relationships to drive exceptional results. Keep abreast of industry trends that may impact the business. Assess media performance to determine the extent to which the original objectives and strategies were met. Handle all requests such as plan changes, budget changes, effectively and with diligence. Requirements Must have a strong knowledge of Digital TV and its applications in advertising Experience with Connected TV and its use in performance media campaigns Knowledge of Paid Social marketing strategies and their implementation Familiarity with Social Advertising tactics and how to effectively use them Display Advertising experience, with the ability to design and implement effective campaigns Proficiency in Digital Display advertising and its use in performance media Experience with Remarketing Campaigns, including their design and implementation Excellent communication and leadership skills Ability to analyze data and use it to improve campaign performance Proven track record of managing successful performance media campaigns.
