You’ll collaborate on breakthrough medical technologies that unite multiple subject areas to build a connected digital ecosystem that advances medical professionals’ skills and improves patient outcomes.The Senior Manager, Digital Product Management will be responsible for leading strategy and execution of the Flexible Robotics digital roadmap of offerings, working closely with R&D, customer success, and other cross functional partners to deliver successful multi-year launch cadence to enhance the customer centric value proposition of the platform. Reporting to the Senior Director, Product Management for Monarch, this role will provide executional leadership to ensure continued sustainable profitable growth of the business.Key Responsibilities:

Leads development of the long-term digital roadmap that is aligned with customers and business expectations.

Leads qualitative and quantitative market research efforts and VoC to leverage data to inform development to ensure a deep understanding of unmet customer needs and priority benefits to help focus the business on developing compelling value proposition.

Leads all upstream launch deliverables working across R&D, regulatory affairs, supply chain, and other functions as part of design control process to ensure a successful launch in international markets.

Partners with R&D and other functions and represents product management on program core teams to ensure the execution of the program per the defined target product profile.

Leads the product management deliverables as part of the launch excellence (LEX) process to ensure readiness for launch.

Partners with regional downstream marketing, sales, and training teams to ensure readiness for launch, and gathers ongoing customer feedback to support the business objectives.

QualificationsEducation:

A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field is required, MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Required Experience and Skills:

At least 8 years of experience in healthcare/medical devices including at least 4 years of experience in product management

Experience working with integrated hardware and software combination products.

Experience developing and launching digital products and variety of business models like software as a service, etc.

Experience analyzing technical and customer data from various sources and distilling insights.

New product launch experience in the medical technology space in US and international markets

Experience working with technical and other cross-functional teams defining product requirements, executing product management deliverables, usability studies, and product launch activities including training.

Knowledge of marketing research and analysis, including (VOC) voice of the customer.

Experience in capital medical technology products

Strong strategic skills.

Preferred Experience and Skills:

Experience in medical robotics R&D and product management

Other:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to navigate and achieve business impact across a MedTech matrix organization

Leadership, strong communication, relationship development, collaboration, project management and organizational influence skills

Experience managing teams and the ability to identify and develop talent

Demonstrated track record of increased product management and/or marketing responsibilities

Proven ability to go from strategy to execution and deliver results in the market

This role will be based out of Redwood City, CA and may require up to 30% travel (international and domestic)

The anticipated base pay salary range for this role is $136,000 to $234,140
