Provide technical and/or clinical support during sales and customer training process. Ensure delivery of required demo, installation and customer support. May be required to provide pre-sale product demonstrations (or clinical trial support) and post-sale installation, training and/or customer service activities, including on site in-servicing and go-live support

Developing in-depth knowledge of sales territory, product lines, markets, sales processes or customer groups. Uses prior experience and acquired commercial expertise to execute policy/strategy.

In-depth understanding of key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work. In-depth understanding of how work of own team integrates with other teams and contributes to the area.

Most decisions are within a defined framework, but some autonomy in the final decisions for a project, product line, market, sales process or customers. Uses prior experience and on-the-job training to solve straightforward tasks. Has access to technical skills and analytic thinking required to solve problems. May use multiple internal sources outside of own team to arrive at decisions.

A job at this level is likely to be an individual contributor, with proven interpersonal skills. Communication with direct colleagues and the business about design and coordination services rendered. Provides informal guidance to new team members. Explains complex information to others in straightforward situations.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5+ years of experience selling capital equipment to health systems and/or hospitals; OR High School Diploma/GED & 8 years of experience selling capital equipment to health systems and/or hospitals; OR Bachelor's Degree & a graduate of GE HealthCare CLP

Needs to have the ARRT certification

Demonstrated experience presenting complex information both verbally and written to decision makers

Must live in the California territory and be willing to travel within the territory

It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
