Serving as a valuable partner and advisor to the Sales team, your role will be instrumental in enabling them to achieve their sales targets and assisting the company in reaching its overarching organizational goals. Your expertise and support will be crucial in navigating this energetic setting and ensuring the efficient execution of our sales strategies. The analyst will play a crucial role in supporting the Sales team, as well as providing assistance during client and prospect meetings as needed.The Sales Support Analyst will have 3 areas of focus.
Proposal Shaping: You will collaborate closely with the Antech Sales team, providing valuable guidance to determine the most effective pricing for new and existing client proposals. Together, you will develop competitive sales proposals that resonate with our clients. Your goal will be to deliver exceptional value to our clients while simultaneously driving profitable growth for the company. You will pave the way for achieving mutually beneficial outcomes and building long-lasting relationships with our valued clients.
Pricing Subject Matter Expert: Leveraging your comprehensive knowledge of Antech’s product suite and pricing options, you will play a vital role in guiding the Sales team throughout the proposal pricing process. Your expertise will enable you to provide valuable insights, expedite deal closures, and ensure a smooth and efficient sales cycle. By offering strategic advice and leveraging your understanding of the market landscape, you will help the Sales team optimize their proposals and maximize their chances of success.
Advice and Intelligence: By conducting market research, gathering feedback from the Sales team, and drawing upon your valuable experience, you will actively contribute to the evolution of our pricing strategy. Your insights will aid you to make informed recommendations regarding changes to policies and procedures and identify areas for improvement. Additionally, you will provide input to help ensure our pricing approach remains aligned with market demands and supports our overall business objectives.

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
3-5+ years of Sales or Sale Support experience
Veterinary Sales Experience preferred

Sales Support Analyst Work Environment
Sales support analysts work in a fast-paced environment where they are constantly interacting with stakeholders, sales associates, sales leaders, and other members of the sales team.
They must be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and be able to work well under pressure.
