Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for an Administrative Assistant in the Healthcare, Hospitals, and Social Assistance industry. Based in Riverside, California, this role involves coordinating administrative tasks within the medical field, providing a crucial link between patients and healthcare detail oriented individuals.Responsibilities: Efficiently manage inbound calls, acting as the first point of contact for patients and healthcare detail oriented individuals. Provide exceptional customer service, addressing queries, and resolving issues promptly. Handle data entry tasks, ensuring patient information is accurately recorded and updated. Correspond via email with both internal and external stakeholders, maintaining a detail oriented and timely communication. Schedule appointments, managing the calendars of healthcare detail oriented individuals to ensure smooth operations. Utilize Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word to manage, organize, and present information effectively. Juggle between inbound and outbound calls, ensuring all parties are kept informed and updated. Requirements Proficiency in answering inbound calls, capable of handling a high volume of calls while maintaining professionalism and composure. Demonstrated customer service skills, with the ability to empathize with and prioritize patient needs. Adept at data entry, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail in entering patient information into databases. Excellent email correspondence skills, with the ability to communicate information effectively and professionally. Experience with both inbound and outbound calls, demonstrating exceptional telephone etiquette and a patient-centric approach. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, formula creation, and spreadsheet management. Proficient in using Microsoft Outlook for scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings. Skilled in the use of Microsoft PowerPoint for creating engaging and informative presentations. Mastery of Microsoft Word for creating, editing, and formatting documents. Proven ability to schedule appointments, managing multiple calendars and ensuring efficient time management.
