Serve as Subject Matter Expert in support of sales team in understanding and staying up to date on the latest carrier sales collateral and product offerings.

Create marketing materials, sales tools and guides, and collaborative resources to ensure all parties have access to most up to date industry information.

Analyze industry changes for designated territories/carriers, relay needed updates back to Team Lead.

Build and cultivate relationships with assigned carrier partners and other business relationships both internal and external.

Work with Team Lead in providing insight on related compliance and carrier topics.

Attend and participate in meetings and work on special projects as directed.

Gather data and report on medical rates for upper management and sales teams.

Participate in priorities and tasks for BenefitMall Market Intelligence Team, following assigned direction where needed.

Update and maintain PowerPoint decks with any carrier changes for sales presentations.

Present knowledge and materials via webinar to existing sales teams.

May assist with meetings or events.

Occasional long, irregular hours.

Other duties as assigned by manager.

High school diploma or GED equivalent.

3 or more years of customer service or administrative experience.

2 or more years of experience in insurance industry.

CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONSn/aFUNCTIONAL SKILLS

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Strong organizational skills.

Detail oriented with a high degree of accuracy.

Exceptional analytical and critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.

Solid relationship building skills throughout all levels of the organization.

The annual base salary for this position is $50,000 - $70,000.General Description of Available Benefits for Eligible Employees of TIH Insurance: All regular teammates (not temporary or contingent workers) working 20 hours or more per week are eligible for benefits, though eligibility for specific benefits may be determined by the division of TIH Insurance offering the position.
