Description A local company is looking for a Customer Service Representative. This position is fully ON-SITE and This is a permanent position as well, Monday - Friday 8/9am - 5pm. Job Title: Customer Service Representative Type: Contract to permanent As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing assistance and resolving inquiries in a detail oriented and efficient manner. Your role is crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining positive relationships between the company and its clients. Key Responsibilities: Customer Interactions: Handle incoming customer inquiries through various channels, including phone, email, and live chat. Issue Resolution: Address customer concerns, troubleshoot problems, and provide effective solutions to ensure a positive customer experience. Product Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of our products/services to effectively assist customers and provide accurate information. Communication: Maintain clear and concise communication with customers, as well as internal teams, to relay customer feedback and resolve issues. Documentation: Accurately document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the company's CRM system. Customer Education: Educate customers on product features, usage, and best practices to enhance their overall experience. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, marketing, and logistics, to ensure a seamless customer experience. Qualifications: Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high call volumes. Proficient in using customer service software and CRM systems. Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends as needed. Requirements Demonstrated experience performing extensive research to resolve complex customer inquiries

Strong problem-solving skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

2+ years' experience of proven performance in a goal-driven & customer-focused environment desired

Proficiency with Microsoft office applications

Expertise in Answering Inbound Calls

Solid understanding of customer service

Administrative skills experience preferred

Proficiency in navigating basic office equipment and protocols

Ability to exude confidence, knowledge, and empathy when interacting with internal and external partners and clients/customers

achievement oriented, positive attitude and an approach to work rooted in professionalism

Ability to navigate multiple computer systems and applications

Excellent customer service and office administrative skills

Foundational knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly
