Position Details
Schedule: Monday-Saturday, 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM (Potential for longer evening hours based on workload.)
Location: Folsom, CA
Pay: $20-$22/hour
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to tax professionals during peak tax season.
Manage and organize documents, records, and data entry with precision.
Utilize MS Office Suite, especially Excel, for tracking and reporting.
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
Assist with scheduling, client correspondence, and general office tasks.
Qualifications:
Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
Professional demeanor with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Prior experience in an administrative role is a plus!
